Nogales 9

From the welcoming sculptural lobby to the lush amenities, coworking lounge, fitness center, and model units, every space was imagined as a seamless extension of modern city living. Soft layers of warm materials, tall arched windows, and curated greenery set a tone of quiet elegance, while the furnishings embody both sophistication and comfort.

Casa Oakland

Once a 1980s residence rich with character, Casa Oakland was carefully reimagined to honor its architectural legacy while introducing a bold, modern identity. The project is a masterful blend of mid-century warmth—original wood floors, high gable ceilings, and natural light—with industrial clarity, brought in through exposed black beams and sharp lines.

The Terrace at Villa Risho

This rooftop terrace was designed as a calm, open-air retreat within a private luxury complex. Natural wood, soft textiles, and tropical plants frame the central pool, creating a peaceful flow between sun and shade.

Kloster

A renewed take on the classic fondue and steakhouse experience, Kloster emerges as a sophisticated fusion between Swiss alpine charm and contemporary design. Tasked with remodeling the space, we introduced a modernized spatial flow wrapped in warm textures, natural wood tones, and lush greenery — softening the rustic with elegance.

Aston Martin Residences

This high-end interior proposal was developed for a visionary real estate investor who acquired a unit in the iconic Aston Martin Residences. The concept embraces seamless minimalism and architectural precision, celebrating the essence of luxury without excess.

Nogales 11

This high-end residential development, located in the heart of Ciudad Cayalá, features a sophisticated design language anchored in timeless neutrality and soft elegance. While not a full Ekilibrio project, my participation focused on the design of custom furniture pieces and select amenity spaces within the complex.

ApartHotel

In collaboration with Estudio Urbano, this high-end ApartHotel project redefines the hospitality experience in the heart of Cayalá. Designed to offer guests the comfort of full living spaces with the elegance of classical architecture, the concept blends modern functionality with timeless charm. The layout features a central open-air patio, a fully equipped gym, and an on-site restaurant—creating a dynamic yet serene atmosphere.
